Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you takes possession of the goods.

The goods can only be returned in their original and unused condition.

Used goods are excluded from cancellation.

2. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned item . We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any fees for the refund.
